The National Sleep Foundation's Guide to Sleeping Well
by Meir H. Kryger, MD, FRCPC
A Good Night’s Sleep will teach you everything you need to know about sleep: Why it’s so important, what are the common disorders, and how to get the right amount and best quality sleep so you feel refreshed all day.
This informative packet includes a book, CD, cushioned eye mask, and lavender bath salts. The book will provide you with the knowledge to get a restful night’s sleep and will answer questions like these: How many hours of sleep do I really need? What are insomnia, narcolepsy, RLS, and apnea and how do I know if I have one of them? What kind of medication is safe and effective?
